editorGutter.background doesn't apply to sticky scroll but I feel like it should #210035
Description
I'm on VS Code 1.88.0 on Ubuntu Snap. editorGutter.background does not apply to the editor sticky scroll area's gutter, but I feel like it either should, or a dedicated colour customization point be added for it.
