Agent mode: Say when the whole file is read

When the entire file is read, could the tool call mention that?

Here for example it would be nice if it was collapsed #252155

But in general even for a single call that reads the entire file, we should mention that imo. Instead what I do currently is look for an uneven number and assume it's the entire file when so.
