Small dots in saveCustomDocument that can't control files

I want to control file dots in saveCustomDocument, dirty

Steps to Reproduce:

1. ctrl+S triggers saveCustomDocument.
2. Then realize the logic in it. If you succeed, you won't show the dots. If you fail, you will show the dots.
3. The current phenomenon is that dots can't be displayed as expected.
