sdk update increased build time of test assets solution

This PR increases the timeout for execution time from 5 minutes to 30 for TestAssets solution build in integration tests. Otherwise the build was timing out. Something changed in the new sdk, most likely we are spending more time generating the localization assemblies than before.,

Whole build takes 7 minutes on my lapatop.
