Describe the bug
When typing into a field, the screen reader repeatedly announces instructions for filling in the data with every key press. This repetitive feedback disrupts the typing experience and creates frustration, particularly for users relying on screen readers, reducing overall efficiency.

Are you using the Retrospectives Tool on-prem?
No

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open the URL https://dev.azure.com/eDADPlayground/SCRUMProject .
  2. Expand left navigation and select boards-->Retrospectives.
  3. Now under the 'board' tab we have different feedback groups.
  4. verify whether when typing into a field, the screen reader repeatedly announces instructions for filling in the data with every key press or not.

Expected behavior
The screen reader should announce the instructions only once, or at appropriate intervals, without repeating them after every key press.
