Are you using the Retrospectives Tool on-prem?
No

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open the URL https://dev.azure.com/eDADPlayground/SCRUMProject .
  2. Expand left navigation and select boards-->Retrospectives.
  3. Now navigate to 'Vote tab' and activate.
  4. Attempt to cast a vote on an item.
  5. Observe that there is no clear indication of how many votes are available or used.

Expected behavior
When navigating to cast a vote on an item, the screen reader should announce the total votes allowed, votes used, and votes remaining to provide better clarity and improve the voting experience.
