Really hard to keep items in focus as people add items to the columns. Maintaining focus when items are added ensures that users, especially those relying on screen readers or keyboard navigation, can interact with dynamic content seamlessly. This prevents confusion and enhances accessibility by keeping the experience predictable and navigable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open the URL https://dev.azure.com/eDADPlayground/SCRUMProject .
2. Expand left navigation and select boards-->Retrospectives.
3. Now under the 'board' tab we have different feedback groups.
4. Add some feedback while other users are adding feedback at the same time.
5. Verify whether while other users are adding feedback at the same time, feedback item that user writing remains to keep focus or not.

Expected behavior
When new items are added to feedback column, the focus should remain on the last active element, or it should move to the new content logically based on the user's actions.
