Switch to Mobile does nothing

Describe the bug
Both Switch to desktop view and Switch to mobile view display, and selecting either has no impact.

Are you using the Retrospectives Tool on-prem?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on hamburger menu in upper right
2. Click on Switch to mobile view
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Expected some view that might be appropriate using a mobile device in a portrait mode.

What screen type are you seeing this on ?
