User Settings menu more than settings and poor display

**Describe the bug**
User Setting hamburger menu has a double scroll bar, should probably be taller to not require scrolling, and includes options not related to user settings.

**Expected behavior**
Need to expand the menu size so doesn't require scrolling and removes the second scroll bar.  Ideally renames or refactored since "User Settings" does not represent what is available.
