V2ray4.27一鍵完事，mKCP安裝純净極速版+BBR

Generates random server port &UUID&alterID

VPS重启后，iptables安全代码会复原失效

确保iptables重启有效，最后安装iptables-persistent，安装时选择YES即可，debian10验证通过

查看BBR状态 #lsmod | grep bbr

返回值有 tcp_bbr 模块即说明 bbr 已启动

查看iptables状态 #iptables -L -v
