How to test the template before submiting to template store?

I want to submit a template but i am not sure about its correctness. Is there any way to build a function from my own template so I can test it locally? So far the lab3 just provide a way to build function by templates from store.

Glad to hear you're interested in OpenFaaS.

It would be best if you could follow the instructions in the contribution guide and propose your template suggestion before submitting a PR.
