Package request: Cascadia Code (Variable)

Describe the package

The recommended version of Cascadia Code is the TTF Variable version according to the README, but Nix currently only installs the static versions.

On another note, it would be nice if we could only have one variant of Cascadia Code/Mono installed, rather than being forced to have all of them.
