Describe the package
ZLS, the Zig language server, has releases to match the Zig compiler. While older versions of Zig are packaged in Nixpkgs (versions 0.11, 0.12, and 0.13, along with the current version, 0.14), only the latest release of ZLS, 0.14, is packaged.

Additional context
My idea is either to package ZLS similar to Zig (ie. zls_0_11, zls_0_12, etc.) or to package ZLS as some part of a greater package set that also includes Zig (ie. zig0_11Pkgs.zig and zig0_11Pkgs.zls, etc.). The idea is simply to have a matching version of ZLS for every packaged version of Zig.
I am unsure if this should be a new package request, since current ZLS is already packaged, but I felt it was more fitting than any other preset.
I assert that this issue is relevant for Nixpkgs
