Bumps xmedcon to the current version in nixpkgs (#392086).

https://xmedcon.sourceforge.io/Main/New mentions a few buffer overflow fixes, so this is probably a good idea to backport.

Things done

  • Built on platform(s)

    • aarch64-darwin
  • For non-Linux: Is sandboxing enabled in nix.conf? (See Nix manual)
    • sandbox = relaxed
    • sandbox = true
