Version 03; release 2020-01-21

Features:
  * Rewrote install script, added uninstall routine
  * Installer can now dump packed code for inspection
  * Corrected a couple of minor bugs that could have been annoying
  * Removed template system, it was an ugly mess
  * Scripts ported to POSIX shell
