This guide https://questdb.com/docs/guides/enterprise-quick-start/#4-ingest-data-influxdb-line-protocol assumes ILP@TCP. We want to de-emphasize TCP transport. We want people to stick to ILP@HTTP by default. ILP@TCP should be reserved for advanced use-cases where HTTP is not performing well enough, but it should not be a default choice our Quick Guides talks about.
