- Created subsections for all 1st level commands under SQL Syntax on the sidebar. Now all the SELECT subcommands live under SELECT, ALTER, DROP, or CREATE have their own subsections... and materialized views subsection has been removed
- Moved CAST and CASE to the function sidebar section
- Added OVER subsection under SELECT, and moved the bulk of Window functions explanation and Syntax over there
- Removed all the syntax reference from the window functions page, linking instead to the new OVER subsection
