Describe the bug
Downloading results of an aggregation query as csv from the web console triggers the aggregation query to be run again by the server before sending the data. This is inefficient when the whole result set is already displayed and known (for example 1 billion data points aggregated into a 10-row result-set).

Expected behavior
When results are sent to the console, a query should not be run again before sending csv results.
