@gururaj1512 Yes, that PR allowed copyright years to be updated, but Gunj's point stands. Namely, that modifications to an existing file do not require changes to the file's copyright year. We've been lax about this, but the advantage of leaving copyright years as is is that doing so reduces diff noise.
