Zen URL bar glitchy animation in compact mode

What happened?

The Zen URL bar has an unexpected back-and-forth animation when the sidebar (tab bar) appears/disappears, causing something like this:

Expected behavior: The Zen URL bar should be centered and never move on the screen, like the following video (demonstrated using the Arc browser).

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
