Fullscreen mode for videos and the Full Screen JS API on MacOS are not totally fullscreen #5539

What happened?

When I make a video go in full screen or a website has a full screen button to open some other component in full screen it becomes fullscreen except for 2 sides of the screen which still show the padding of the browser frame.

Reproducible?

  • I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

Version

1.7.6b

What platform are you seeing the problem on?

macOS - aarch64
