Inconsistent spacing in compact modes

What happened?

1.10b (Firefox 136.0.2) (64-bit)

top padding of side bar is inconsistent.

1. enable compact mode
2. enable sidebar
3. press alt + b a few times

observe the topbar of the side bar.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
