Pinned tab separator inconsistent width

What happened?

The separator line under the pinned tab has an inconsistent width compared to compact mode and full mode.

In the full mode, the width goes all the way across (ugly)

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
