Extension install confirm dialog goes offscreen in single toolbar mode

• I have searched existing issues and avoided creating duplicates.
• I am not filing an enhancement request.

What happened?

The confirmation popup that appears when installing an extension aligns the wrong way in single toolbar mode. (see top left in attached screenshot)

Some more stuff about my setup:

• Fedora Linux 41 (GNOME, I remember having this issue on KDE too though)
• 125% scaling enabled, resolution is 2560x1440 (changing display scaling doesn't help)
• Zen is fully maximised

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
