Scrolling seems to be lagging back again in v1.10.1b while the browser rounded corner was disabled

What happened?

The scrolling experience has been smooth like native Firefox when I disabled the browser rounded corner in v1.10b, but after updated to v1.10.1b, it's behavior became laggy again. At this time, whether I disabled the browser rounded corner or not, it is still the same.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
