URL which beging with HTTPS Glace does not recognize

What happened?

URL which begin with http, glance will open. On the other hand, URL which begin with https glance won't open instead they open in a new tab. Could we have the functionality of glance opening https links as well.

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
