window alert is hidden behind other split pane #6832

What happened?

  • I have a split screen (vertically)
  • The left pane calls window.alert('..')
  • The alert shows up in the middle of the application window, not in the center of the split panel
  • half of it is hidden.

Version 1.9.1b (64-bit) Arch Linux (not sure flatpak or tarball, though)

Reproducible?

  • I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

Closing this issue as part of a repo cleanup
