Consider using require(bool, Error) syntax after 0.8.27 #5667

Description

Solidity 0.8.27 made the require(bool, Error) syntax for custom errors available. Currently, some contracts in the community repository use that syntax, but not all.

We should consider changing the default error syntax across the library once we increase the supported version to 0.8.27
