The AI Photo Editor is a web application that leverages artificial intelligence to enhance and edit photos. It includes various features such as background removal, face retouching, color enhancement, style transfer, object detection and removal, image upscaling, and smart cropping.
- Background Removal: Automatically removes backgrounds from images using machine learning models.
- Face Retouching: Enhances facial features by smoothing skin and brightening eyes.
- Color Enhancement: Automatically improves colors and sharpness of images.
- Style Transfer: Applies artistic filters to images, allowing users to transform their photos into different styles.
- Object Detection & Removal: Enables users to select and remove unwanted objects from their photos.
- Image Upscaling: Uses super-resolution techniques to increase image size without losing quality.
- Smart Crop: Detects focus areas in images and performs automatic cropping.

## Setup Instructions
### Frontend
1. Navigate to the `frontend` directory.
2. Install dependencies:
npm install
3. Start the development server:
npm start
### Backend
1. Navigate to the `backend` directory.
2. Create a virtual environment and activate it:
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate # On Windows use venv\Scripts\activate
3. Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Run the backend server:
python app/main.py
## Deployment
To deploy the application, use Docker to build and run the containers defined in the `docker-compose.yml` file.
