The new permissions scope models has been added to the workflow schema used by the extension this repo provides (the GitHub Actions extension for VS Code), see actions/languageservices#175.

Still need to wait for a new actions/languageservices release, then a new release of this extension with updated dependencies.

it seems actions/languageservices#175 has been merged and released, so is it time to update?
