Just installed in my VCode 1.100.3 but nothing happens

As the title, I just installed the extension but nothing happens to my source code. No auto-completion, link to classes ect. Without these features, it's a nightmare continuing to use VSCode for my programming and I would not know what alternative to use.

Maybe I forgot something to do? Is necessary also to install other extensions like PHP Intelephense?

Here some info of my environment:
MacOS 14.6.1
Vagrant 2.2.19
VM Ubuntu 20
PHP 8.1
VSCode 1.100.3

Please help, I don't know what to do.

If I use the extension for local source code I see in Output the last two rows of your screenshot (I set local executable php in the variable Laravel: PHP Command)

Unlike that, if I use it on remote server hosted by a VBOX VM through Vagrant, I can't see it. In this case I set the VM executable php path (/usr/bin/php8.1).

This is the only configuration variable of the extension I set. Just as a try, I disabled PHP Intelephense to be sure the problem wasn't it.
