text() should handle single words wider than bounding box

If there's a single word that doesn't fit within the bounding box, it still shows up.

But it's clearly limited by the function.

"Text that does not fit completely within the rectangle specified will not be drawn to the screen. "

The function was designed to work on the word level (for laying out paragraphs of text), so that words which did not fit in the bounding box on the current line, would move down to the next line. Perhaps we need a special case for when a single word is wider than the bounding box itself (at which point it could either be omitted or truncated with ellipses).

Ideally, I would prefer if the word that doesn't fit could be trimmed and followed by "...".
But in the current state , it doesn't act like a bounding box on the X axis..
