Missing Puppet packages for Debian 12 (Bookworm) #3950

Debian 12 AIO packages for Puppet-Agent are now available (see puppetlabs/puppet#9149).
We now need PuppetServer (puppetlabs/puppetserver#2837) and PuppetDB (this issue) packages for this operating system 😁.
