https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-oauth-resource-metadata/13/ is about endponts such as Quarkus OIDC service endpoints returning metadata helping clients correctly access these endpoints.

It may become relevant in scope of the MCP authorization work as well.

Implementation ideas

Quarkus OIDC should return the metadata which it can construct from the configuration or read from file locations.
