Being able to configure the context menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment we can either enable or disable the full context menu for public.
It prevents public to switch theme between dark and light for example. Seems a bit too much to ask people to switch their system preference for this.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to configure what is available through the context menu on pubic side. For example having only the possibility to switch themes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Didn't tried yet but will soon : https://sli.dev/custom/config-context-menu to remove items from the menu.

What are your suggestions? Shouldn't https://sli.dev/custom/config-context-menu do the job already?
