Request for UI I18n Support

After conducting a thorough search through all available documentation and existing issues, I was unable to find any implementation for internationalizing Slidev's UI components (as distinct from Markdown content). Upon examining the source code, I observed that all interface text appears to be hardcoded within the components.

Could you please clarify:

1. Whether there exists any current method to implement UI internationalization (i18n)?
2. If no such solution exists, would the team consider adding support for this feature?

This capability would be particularly valuable for non-English speaking users, significantly improving Slidev's accessibility for global audiences.
