A few open source spaces to start development on the aforementioned. Here is also a link to a repo that has more information regarding other options. https://github.com/e2b-dev/awesome-ai-agents?tab=readme-ov-file |

File optimization and organizational software selection is ABSOLUTELY ARCHAIC I can only imagine that in a few years time the industry will move away from the systems of yesteryear; Until then though, I would like to propose the ability to integrate with Various Open source LLM applications that support Local Hosting.
To expand as well as I can, I personally use LM Studio daily, as well as Refine and Train various open sourced and publicly available AI models for whatever tasks I currently have or would like to learn how to tackle. Agentic AI or AI Agents (whatever floats yer boat) add a secondary layer to this experience by allowing me to essentially dictate to employees whose sole purpose is the job for which I have set out to complete. Mostly tailored to mundane and simple tasks doled out by the LLM, This would be absolutely perfect for storage management.
My ADD brain and lack of Long term organizational skills and burdensome creativity when it comes to naming conventions. Have caused me to slip through every possible crack of file management software that has come out since I can remember. Having something autonomous, on my side, looking out for what I set out to do, and remind me of that whenever I get too deep into a project and start saving things in random places, or let a massive file set from a project I finished years ago, ROT and sit absolutely bloated in the deep depths of my many drives and NAS. Getting a
"Hey, I noticed you haven't been active in this project file for a while, if its completed, I can get started on zipping and archiving according to our protocols"
would not just be a breath of fresh air, It would remove so much undue stress and avoidance from my life.
and hopefully, many others, not to mention training your own model or distilling from others to offer an extremely lacking service to many different private industries with prosumer systems. Its a win win. hopefully.
