In my opinion, a CRM is only of value if you can immerse yourself in it over a period of time and get an overall view of all the connections you've made or could make.
Making links (“adding a relationship to a person's file”) between people would create an Obsidian-style graphical view (see screen below). In Zetteltasken's methodology, this graphical view and the connections between cards can be used to determine which topics can be explored in greater depth. We could imagine the same thing for a CRM = which network, circle of people, or sectors should I explore?
