Email, WhatsApp, and SMS Broadcasts

It would be great having the ability to send email, SMS and Whatsapp broadcasts similar to traditional Email marketing platforms (aka, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, etc). With the ability to send these to certain lists/segments of contacts.

Ideally, we could 'bring out own infrastructure' for these through SMTP (Amazon SES, Mailgun, Sendgrid, etc), Twilio, etc.
