Save error, but item saved (multiple times)

Steps To Reproduce

I was on an hotel weak connection, I've created a new credit card item and after I've clicked on "save" I got an error (sorry but I didn't write it down; I've tried it again multiple times, but I never got the error again), so I've tried other 2 times and the third time I got the "saved" green message.
When I searched for that card, I've fond that it was saved 3 times.

Expected Result

If the client gets the error, the item shouldn't be saved.

Actual Result

The item got saved multiple times.
