[Bug] Chat page sometimes has the problem of no automatic scrolling when the AI responds.

对话页面，经常出现AI回答的内容不自动滚动，卡在了一个固定位置，需要手动上滑查看：

Steps to Reproduce

1. 点击常见问题；
2. 等待AI回复；
3. 当AI回复内容比较长的时候，经常会出现卡在固定位置的情况；

您好，AI回复是默认自动滚动的，但是在用户使用滚动条回滚到具体位置后，会停止自动滚动，交由用户自行滚动查看，如果您想恢复自动滚动，可以再次将滚动条移动到窗口底部，这时会恢复自动滚动。
