Hi
Can someone responsible at Arduino make an effort to provide a safe way/instruction how to upgrade MKR1500 UBLOX SARA Modem as it ships with FW version made in 2018. The Ublox Sara FW contains so many bugs that the products is more or less useless. This is a fact and you can read that many users have similar problems in the forum.. Either you ship me new MKR1500 with fresh FW onboard or I think you shall repay me for the bad product you sell, that would be the honest thing to do.

I bought many MKR 1500 for a project and are now stuck with products that is not working properly.

Hi @hjojohan ,
https://github.com/arduino/FirmwareUpdater supports updating the Sara R410 firmware.
The firmware is huge so the procedure is quite slow (it can take more than 10 minutes).
