Describe the problem

Arduino IDE 2.3.1 exe installer does not update previous versions installed with MSI (I had Arduino IDE 2.3.0 installed with MSI).
OS : Windows 10 22H2 64bit.

To reproduce

1/ Install Arduino IDE 2.3.0 using MSI installer.
2/ Try to upgrade existing installation with Arduino IDE 2.3.1 installer's exe file.

Result : the 2 versions of the program (2.3.0 and 2.3.1) will coexist side by side on the same computer.

Expected behavior

Arduino exe or MSI installer upgrade any previous Arduino IDE version installed.

Arduino IDE version

2.3.1

Operating system

Windows

Operating system version

Windows 10 22H2
