Describe the problem

I was trying out Web OTA as per a tutorial instruction but progress froze at 12%.

To reproduce

I followed instruction as per this tutorial: https://lastminuteengineers.com/esp32-ota-web-updater-arduino-ide/

Expected behavior

Stuck at 12% i guess

Windows
