Moving tabs inside tab bar is buggy #8229

- I have searched existing issues and avoided creating duplicates.
- I am not filing an enhancement request.
- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
When I move tabs to the start or the end of tab bar, I can't move them as shown in this video.
This issue is on Firefox from a long time on multiple Linux distros, but it wasn't on Zen until latest update.
