Quality Index Prediction for Fresh Produce

A machine learning system that predicts and scores the quality of fruits and vegetables in real time. The goal is to support smarter agricultural decisions, reduce food waste, and enhance consumer satisfaction. Built with statistical and predictive modeling, the system uses the SDLC for design, implementation, and deployment.
