An IT is failing because there isn't a Docker container available yet for 3.9.1:

kafka Error manifest for bitnami/kafka:3.9.1 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown

I suppose we could change this to use 3.9.0 or 4.0.0 temporarily.

Or we could just update to 4.x.

fwiw, I did confirm the Query integration-tests-ex will run fine (locally for me) with temporary override to 4.0.0 in that modules pom.xml
