[SCM-1002] create orphaned branches for 2.0-deprecated providers

proprietary and obsolete (then uneasy to test) providers have been removed in SCM-969 after being deprecated in SCM-953
the fact that the Maven team itself cannot maintain them does not mean that they should fully disappear: ideally, they should be maintained by dedicated communities which have interest in each SCM, with associated test environments to be able to maintain the code

to help these communities involve, we can create Git orphaned branches with code history before removal so people can easily start such SCM-oriented projects outside

As a matter of fact, the providers need to be moved away from Plexus first before they could work again. This has to be done by the volunteers.

Tamas Cservenak, has replaced all Plexus annotations with standard ones. So for the tests with JUnit.

ah ok, it's not "moving away from Plexus", but moving from Plexus Annotations to JSR-330: ok, we'll prepare the orphaned branches to match evolutions done in SCM 2.0

I did not yet try to compile anything nor make the necessary changes, just did the split using a script like the ones used when moving from svn to git: https://svn.apache.org/viewvc/maven/sandbox/trunk/scripts/git/split-scm-providers.sh

do you think it is ok to put these branches to official ASF Git repo?

This sounds fine to me if those branches carry a README saying that those are just courtesy from us and nothing more.
