Possible to zoom in for website screenshot?

I've been using the following to get a screenshot for my horoscope, and the text on the generated image is really small. Is there anyway to zoom in on the image, or possible just grab the text within a selector and use a template to display it?

It may be possible to do something with plugin_screenshot_viewport, but #1324 will offer a plugin_screenshot_mode: text to only grab the text and display through the template instead as it seemed a good idea 👍
