please help download music from Tidal

I saw this video download music from Tidal
I had to disable ESET ; it deletes some files
In his folders are way less files than in mine
I do not have any folder named dark.something ( I forget now what that something is , but you can see it on video , apologies )
when it came to log in it went directly to Tidal , not the same screen where you have to paste an URL
from the screens attached you can see all my journey
what am I doing wrong ?
please help , if possible with instructions like for a kid
